Why dont u try n continue pacs legacy (dead or alive) by doing shit to change the world for the better, why dont u spend those hours that u spend lookin for clues to help ppl around u. Well, the police chief and two people who worked in the coroner's office both said they saw him dead in that Dutch documentary. That's pretty convincing to me. It's just their word of course, but I don't see any motivation for them to lie. The only possibility is that 2Pac and whoever was orchestrating faking his death bribed them, but if he had planned faking his death, would he really let the plan hinge on the unlikely scenario of all these people accepting bribes and keeping it a secret? I doubt it.

If he raps "I'm 25 dying to change", its like a play on words. 25 years old, dying to change, saying he is gonna die at 25, as he did.
To 'change' is also significant. Pac longed for change. He want to change the way people perceived him.
