Non-Urban Music Tracks everybody should have

Ok, I've finally done it, i've made a list of all tracks people must have on their computer. There should be no rap/hiphop in there, and i tried to limit the R&B as much as possible.
The following are tracks that i thought people MUST have. Somethings i just couldn't do like The Beatles, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Sex Pistols, Pink Floyd, Bruce Springsteen or David Bowie. There are so many good tracks from them that i just couldn't be bothered limiting them. Like pink floyd i only mentioned another brick in the wall but i know that there are SOOOO many great songs from them. Beatles i didn't even bother simply because there's too many (hey jude, twist and shout etc etc).
Anyway I did get rather lazy so i may be missing a shit load of tracks, recommend any that you feel is crucial. This did take me a long while so i'm bound to miss HEAPS.

I find it hard to believe that you can include Queen's shit - out of a classic catalogue - but can't find a place for a few exceptional tracks from Bob, the Beatles & them.

Redemption Song is a must for anyone with a pulse....it works at funerals too.

Erm....Robbie Williams?? Essential? Don't mind the dude but I wouldn't class none of his music as essential listening.

I actually disagree with most of that list - it's just too liberal.

I agree with a good half of them, but we have kind of similar tastes. Hmm, you must have a fair bit of time on your hands to compile a list like that! Still it seems you covered just about every genre but rap, kinda unfair there!

I'm not going to get into arguements with my music taste, micheal bolton, ashlee simpson or whoever else. Even if i don't like the artists it doesn't mean that they don't provide good music. For example, i HATE (with a passion) guns and roses, but that does not mean they haven't provided some good trakcs.

With The beatles and other artists i've mentioned, i've said that they're too good to just mention one song. You should get more than just one track from them. Even narrowing some of those artists to a few song was heartbreaking for me (i'm the biggest nirvana, REM, Perfect Circle, Smashing pumpkins and green day fan, and narrowing those artists down to a few songs was especially hard) But you have to remember that i was keeping it to a more commercial or 'liberal' because for a more deeper songs, you all have your favourite artists to relate to. I'm sure none of you guys listen to meat puppets, melvins, vasseline, butthole surferes or mudhoney and posting songs from these guys may not be your cup of tea.

And i totally forgot the eagles, oops.
and another track i remembered was survivor -eye of the tiger

And the reason i didn't mention rap is because everyone knows what hiphop songs they like, so i didn't bother. Afterall this is a hiphop message board.
