I dont get this, we can put up torrents to copyrighted material but we cant do the same with a link in OB4CL.

Explain the hypocrisy please.
 
^The clue is threads would be deleted for postin up full albums. Thats the point, not the links.
 
he has a point. why cant we post links of leaked albums but the dealer can post torrents of leaked albums?
because of a loophole in the law probably. if you provide a link to a third party website, that third party is responsible for everything. you are a mere messenger. you could still maybe get in trouble though. if you post a direct download link to an album you are the leaker, and mike can be held accountable as the owner of this website for not removing the link. maybe he didn't intentionally leave the link but just missed it. basically, it would bring a stress on him that he wouldn't need.

these are all assumptions by the way.

Yea, the torrents are links to 3rd party websites, not actual direct links.
