It's such a pain in the ass and I'm sick of it. Today I was at work and my stomach started hurting and I realized I hadn't eaten anything in about 22 hours. It wasn't anything intentional, but it usually happens about once a week.

Anyway, I'm just so sick of the whole "eating" thing - the thinking of what to eat, the shopping, the preparing, the eating, the clean-up afterwards.

Yeah, I know. I'm gonna have to deal with it.

yeah I hate doing that stuff too. That's when I order junk food instead. There are many ceremonials I'm tired of lately including washing up, shaving and all that stuff in the morning. Also it's hot and I drink a lot now and that's why I also dislike wanting to piss too often :P it's annoying. I want to do something and I realise that I'm hungry, thirsty, I want to piss or I want to take a shit. Damn that happens just too often.

smoking suppresses appetite. other than that the body needs more fluids than it does food, depending on your metabolism. listen to your body and what it is telling you. diet and exercise are the foundation of wellbeing.

that can be accomplished very fast, then things like food wont seem like to much of a drag.

Try it, then once you feel manly again, and realize food preparation is a waste of time (which you have) then just tell your girl to do the rest for the food.

for once i'm willing to grants Yeshua a "spot-on". it's not like you don't hear it from anyone who changes their diet, but holy shit, including a couple more vegetables and a couple less pizzas a week actually has a huge effect on your energy level and your emotions.
 
i some times go for a lengthy amount of hours without eating, i consider it somewhat of an eating disorder. i try to make sure to eat regularly whether i actually feel like it or not.

i used to dream about being able to be self-contained. imagine if you didn't shit or piss, if there was no sweat or snot, you could just walk around and hardly ever shower and never have to clean your ears or blow your nose. never have to eat or drink unless for the purpose of joy. if i ever find a genie in a bottle that's what i'm wishing for. then a swizz bank account with $1,000,000,000,000,000,000. the spell would operate under a magic equation that would magically insert the money into the world without any affect to the world economy, maintaining the real value of the money. i would then use the last wish to set the genie free.
 
I don't eat as much in the summer bc it's so hot...but I love food
 
22 hours without food? thats crazy and very bad for you. i could never do it.

22hours without food is not that much. I often don't eat anything for 25-30 hours and after that time I start realising that I should eat something. I'm not even hungry for that time.
 
i make my own food. ive been eating alot of macaroni and taqitoes for the past 4 months and im tired of it. damn i could go for some food right now tho
 
I don't know, it just sucks. It's something we have to do day after day after day and it gets really tiring.

I feel the same sometimes, but I also feel the same about some other things. The best thing is to do it without analyzing too much.
Instead of thinking let your instincts go. While cooking something think about a hot chick or about a new movie and such and let your hunger guide you.
 
if you eat the same food over and over again, your body will get tired of it. heed why nutritionists preach a balanced diet,
