Just got some stuffed grape leaves from the Whole Foods store. Good, as always.

Tried the rice, vegan cheese. It tasted horrible. Don't eat it and just be glad you're not allergic to dairy. Stick to Daiya.

Obviously, the big bag of Pirate's Booty. Everyone and their mamas in my family loves it.

And a big wedge of Romano cheese I ate while in the car. Because, if you haven't noticed, I fucking love cheese.

There was other shit too, but.. who cares.

Oh, Steaz. Try them. The blueberry-pomegranate-acai is the absolute best.

Thanks man. I really appreciate the support. It was hard, for sure. 7 years is a long time. I kept it from everyone but my family and really close friends for the better part of a year. Until I was really over it. But there's forums for people going through divorce, so I read a lot of them at the time and what I realized very quickly was that most people have it a lot worse than I did. No kids, no shared property, neither of us wanted anything from the other, I'm still in my mid 20's, healthy, active, successful. I'm an optimist by nature so I tend to always focus on the good of every situation. Not to downplay it though, it was still a very fucked up time for a while, like all heartbreak is. But the whole experience taught me a billion life lessons that I'll never forget, so I'm grateful for those too. Plus, I got to spend this past summer getting wasted, wilding out with friends, going to shitloads of gigs, reworking my place into more of a bachelor pad, etc....lots of fun Freedom from the compromises of being a long term relationship can be pretty fuckin' exhilarating.
