Charmisma was set up by a geezer called Jamie, he used to work for Rolls-Royce as an upholsterer. He set up a car company about 10 years ago, when I was into cars, that's how I know. But my memory is a little fuzzy. He used to specialise in Renault 5 Turbos. And had some sweet 1's. His business grew and grew. I saw a nice TVR he'd done a few months ago. But that's all I know.
