I thought that it's a joke but it turned out to be actually a real, 'serious' material off some conspiracy-theories dvd.
I lold the most at that "antigravity, rotorless helicopter at a top secret military base" photo at 0:43

On a more creepy note this dude's voice reminds me of 2pac, especially since I've been listening to "Only fear of death" lately.
