I would assume that Afeni definitely has more money due to the fact that Pac's posthumous releases were far greater in number and have accumulated millions more in sales, plus she is the head of Amaru Records, so she would get money for being both the controller of the Estate as well as the head of the record label. Voletta, on the other hand, just gets money from Biggie's album sales. However, the better production is because the albums are released under Bad Boy, and we all know how Puffy shits out money and can fund virtually any project, especially a Biggie one.
