I've seen it. Basically it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. This movie proves that Daniel Day Lewis is the greatest actor of our time. His intensity gave me goosebumps.

The only bad part of the movie for me was that the music seemed a little too much for me. It's by the guitarist from Radiohead I believe, and I'm not a big fan of theirs. Other than that, I don't know any other flaws in the movie. I recommend everyone watch it.

The only time a thread with the title "There Will Be Blood" in the screen should be made is when it's praising the film's quality.

the fuck's wrong with you?

Just saw it. It was awesome.

Does anyone that seen it care to view their point of view of what the message was about?

I thought the score was spot on. Like the suspense-thriller-knife-wielding-killer-creeping string music over an image of celebration and cry of baby when Plainview reaches oil --- Perfect.

i finally got my shit together to watched this movie last weekend.
man i wished i had seen it sooner, but it was better late then never.

i remember when this came out the same time as No country for old men, and some people told me to ignore this one and see no country for old men instead. i was foolish to listen to them.

no country is a good film, but you forget about it when the credit rolls up, as with there will be blood. its truly memorable.
so many great quotes and some unforgettable scences, esp the ones with the Preacher.

the music was quite overbearing at times i thought it didnt fit the setting of the the film, but the score was very good, so i will let it slide.

yeh my explaination is badly written.

i will try to have another go at explanin.

when i was watching the movie, during the scenes when Daniel and his Son was hiking through the wonderful landscapes there was music playing which i thought sounded too modern and contemporary for this kind of movie, which i found overbearing because it stood out so much, but since the score of the music was beautifully constructed, i still enjoyed the music.

also during the tense dark scenes the music really carried the tension well.
