for me it Was.. Hammer- The Funky HeadHunter (still have it), and Murder Was The Case Soundtrack.

significant other by limp bizkit, i remember having to talk mum into buying it for me because i wasnt allowed to listen to music with swearing at that stage. i still love that album now.
 
lol back in the day ... well my first cd thats i tough one i know when i was bout 10-11 my first hip-hop was none other than vanilla ice but i had the cassette then hammer kriss kross than .... uknow now that i thin about it i think it was e40's 1st album then i bought creepin onah come up by bone
 
Unfortunately I do not remember. I was buyin tapes before CD's anyway and thats probably why.

C-Block came out a year earlier, I copped their "Keepin' It Real" album tho, shit was eh.

The first CD I bought with my own money was Juvenile's 400 Degreez in 1998. I bought plenty of tapes before that.

Shake dat azz is not an awesome song, but there's a few really good songs on the album...

I really like Psycho, So Strung Out, Summertime...

I never listened to their other albums though.
