First off, I'd like to say to KFatal, it is utterly inappropriate what you did. I told you the matter at hand was a private family situation. And you managed to fork out information from his cousin (whom isn't bright at all, and cant keep things private) that doesn't concern most people. Good job finding out . However, you could have kept it to yourself. This isn't another internet feud or game. Stefan would be heated to know this information got out. He told about 3 people on this board what the real situation was and made us promise to him we wouldn't talk of it. Although, I can understand your concern as well as everyone elses. This is why I planned on posting what I am right now to clarify things. People who talked to me last night know of this. So I'm not doing this to bail myself out. Now to business...
Let's start with my thread from yesterday. Late afternoon, I got a call from Stefan telling me he was leaving his home in Oakland on his way to a hotel in Los Angeles. He was heading to Terminal Island Federal Penitentiary the following afternoon. I asked him why he didn't make his farewell thread he had been talking about making (the people who knew of this all along can back this story). He said there wasn't enough time and asked of me to make an R.I.P. Froggy thread. I then asked what he'd like me to say and he said to just say more info coming soon. He meant that in the sense that he had to think of what he wanted to tell people. He didn't want all of his business put out there so he wanted to put it as delicately as possible. When I posted that thread, he nor I intended DEATH. I never once used the words 'he's dead'. I did what he asked of me and I made no second thought on it. I would have worded it differently, but it didn't cross my mind and I apologize for that. But to defend myself, we here on the internet use the RIP lingo for 'users' very often and that's what he intended. So immediately after posting that, I left my computer. I didn't come back until later on and saw the posts.
Which brings us to this voice mail. I called Stefan back and told him 'we fucked up haha'. He asked me why and I told him 'these mother fuckers think you're dead'. He laughed in his contagious Frogsta laugh. He took no thought to it and it was a moment of silence. I told him he should leave me a voice mail to post on the board so to clarify things. I didn't want to speak for him or say things that shouldn't be said so I let him do so himself. As you should understand, he was very busy his last night and didn't get to do so until he was on his way to Terminal Island.
You will hear in this that he mentions the thread to acknowledge it was wrong to have misled you. It is a short and mellow message. I guess he couldn't hold it together and he asked me if he was sure he wanted me to post it and he said go ahead. So that's what I'm doing for him.

As for the information on what I am allowed to tell you...Frog left me another voice mail about 10 minutes prior to arrive to prison. Unfortunately, the voice mail cuts out because it's too long and what I have is somewhat inaudible so I won't post it. But here's what I can tell you. In January 2005, Stefan was arrested for illegal activities. He was sentenced earlier this year and was given a sentence of 24 months but will only be serving 85% of it. He wants me to say what's up to everyone here and he'll 'continue reigning' when he gets out. He will miss everyone very much. Stefan will be writing me and I'll be writing him back, while also including whats up with the board. I joke to him often about sending him printouts of threads. In reality, I just may send him a copy of this thread. So if you want to say whats up to Stefan or whatever, please do so. And if anyone wants to write him, I'll give you his address privately after he writes me.
