I laughed, and I own a PS2.

Opinions.. I think sometimes the Sony is over-hyped, it's what fuels alot of it's sales, no doubt about that, but Sony has always been closely followed to be coming out with new things. They are the #1 trusted electronics company in the world (from what I read), so it's kinda normal ppl would follow what they release closely. Anyways, to me it doesn't matter, I'm getting anew PC soon and I'm gonna be playing CS:Source, Guildwars and/or World of Warcraft until my eyes bleed.


OH did you know, Sony's playstation was firstly originated to be an add on for the nintendo 64? It was a cd add-on to be exact. Nintendo said they didn't need any trash like that, so Sony decided to bring out their own console.

I think Nintendo is regretting it now. LOL

What else would you expect from an XBOX site? Of course Sony's gonna hype up their systems, and yes, sometimes they over hype. How come you don't find this kind of information on an objective, impartial site? It's their job to make Sony look bad, and to make their product look better. Not saying it's not true, but I will wait until the systems are out before I pass judgment on any of them

only this info pops up on an xbox site....i cant blame sony or any other company to promote their products as much as they can it is a buisness after all.

it is likely that they can overdramatise it after all sony has a great rep and they often live up to their name...anyways hype or no hype the products sell themselves imo.

anyways overpublisizing is one thing but if they diappoint the customers thats when the company has a problem.
