The Signs of an emerging cold

Well I have asthma and so if I'm about to catch a cold I notice that my breathing isn't right, my chest becomes tight and I find I'm taking my inhalers more often than usual, other signs are I ache alot right before becoming ill and I start to feel sorry for myself - think thats about it though.

Damn, I have asthma also and get the same exact type of feelings. Sucks huh.
