Does anybody else watch this show....cause i think it's one of the best cops show ever made....i got hooked on it after just watching a couple episodes and now i catch it every tuesday at 10pm....i just started watching it now in the fourth season so i had to go to Blockbuster to rent the first and second season to understand what was going on and after watching the first and second season that just made me love the show even more....but sadly they didn't have the third season for rent at Blockbuster and i'll be damned if i go spend over 50 bucks to go buy it at the store so i was wondering if there was anybody else who watches that show can give me a summary of what happened in the third season like what happend to the money they stole from the money train, who did what and who died etc.

so if someone could be kind enough to take some time out of their day and give me a summary of the third season from begining to end(it doesn't have to be a word for word summary) i would greatly appreciate it.......Thanks in advance to whoever helps me

I love this show but in the UK it gets shown at fucked up times - as in, never in a regualr schedule & never chronological.

I watched the 1st & 2nd season definately.....I might've seen the 3rd season but I'm not sure.....I wish I could see them all!! (without opening my non-bulemic wallet)

probably the greatest show ever made? your damn right.

anyone see that episode when sticky fingaz had to fight that guy or the one when them 2 guys made asveda suck dick?*cringes*

Yeah that was fucking sick............Aceveda never recovered & his wife was disgusted with him when she found out.

eeewww...that shit was nasty, the bit where he also washed his mouth out was just brutal, he even had to drink cum *pukes and spasms*, that was probably the worst thing i ever seen on a tv show.

That's the thing I like about The Shield - the realism (not quasi-male rape, no).

Remember that Mexican who raped the little girl for snitching? He got away......that's reality.

yeah, thats true, it aint waterd down, did u see that episode where julian gets beat up for being gay, in the new episodes he gets revenge

Yeah, Julien copped a lot of shit for being a homo........then went & got married.

Vic gave him a bit of protection but only so that he could get something out of it.

I'm a "The Shield-addict".The serie is so dope!It shows us an other side of police.But 24 is dope too!So it makes me wonder which one do you prefer?24 or The Shield?

I got all 3 seasons on DVD. I've been watching since the Pilot.

Damn you gotta love Vic, that pilot was wicked.

It's like Sopranos but with more action. I'm also liking The Wire.

The shield seems to "above the law" for me. I watched an episode or two and the white bald guy think he's dirty harry, or some shit.

Law & Order > The Shield
Monk > The Shield

i really don't recall all that happened in season 3, but i do remember that most of the episodes focused on the strike force trying to cover up their robbery of the money train and taking care of any loose connections

some things i vaguely remember:
-shane's girlfriend finds some of the marked money and gives it to her grandma,so they did somethin to cover that up i believe

-the new member on the team (tavon) starts getting on vic's good side and shane is worried that tavon will take his place as vic's right hand man.shane and tavon got in a crazy brawl at shane's apartment and his gf cracks tavon over the head with a clothes iron. tavon stumbles out into his car and tries driving home while going in and out of consciousness.....he ends up crashing into a parked car and goes flying through the windshield, and he spends most of the season in critical condition. shane gets worried when tavon starts regaining his speach because tavon might let the others know that its shane's fault that he got fucked up

-and of course the infamous acaveda rape. acaveda goes into a house alone to try and arrest some drug dealers or somethin, and they force him to blow em at gun point and they take pictures on camera phone. like others said before, he never recovers and his family is ashamed that he would do such a horrible thing

thanks man but what happened to Tavon....did shane kill him or did he die?
