It's old and it's a throaway from--I think--after Things Fall Apart...maybe circa 2000/2001. I'm pretty sure they (The Roots) considered it an embarrassment.

It was recorded during the Phrenology sessions.

The Roots didn't consider it an embarrassment, but it didn't really fit with the rest of the album and their core audience would be horrified if it found its way on an album. ?uestlove leaked it while he was assembling songs for the Homegrown compilations.
