The "regular" life of Tupac

He died younger than any of us are right now. Think about that. He was a messed up kid. You can’t even say 25 because most of the controversial stuff happened when he was 21-24. That is crazy. He was a kid. I never looked at it that way until recently.

He wasn’t perfect. It’s easy to get caught up with a bad crowd. Trust me I know more than anyone. Especially when you’re passionate and find something to go along with that seems to justify it at least for that time being.

Pac never got the chance to mature into a 30 something adult. He never got a chance to grow and to prove himself as a man. We all know he knew he was going to die, and it’s like he was so desperately trying to become a man but he didn’t even know what a man was at that point in his life — he sure as hell didn’t have a lot of positive male role models in his life.

Agreed Ruk. As we all know now, the difference between 25 and 30 is vast. Terrible shame he didn't get to grow up.
