1. Five sentences per paragraph, at least.
2. Expand on your introduction, maybe throw in a "hook" to catch the reader's attention.
3. Include an arguable claim/thesis statement in the introduction, preferably at the end.
4. Use the body paragraphs to support your thesis and provide examples.
5. In the conclusion, don't just repeat what you said, but go a step further. Talk about the implications of your argument and any possible real-life consequences. You have to answer the "so what" question here.

me too, the amount of head knocks I get i might aswell be a rugby player.

i dunno tho, i manage some of the must f*ed up injuries/things at work. The other day I came close to slicing mr.fantastic on a steel bar. luckily it only ripped my shorts.. half a day working on a building site only wearing boxer shorts after that. everytime i'd go to nail something mr. fantastic would flop out and take a look around.
