only shenmue disc 1 can be found in english voice but you can get the EU version of shenmue 2 that has subtitles in english. that's the best you can find

no there's a fan made english version. they took the english voice from the xbox version and put it on the first disc.

i've seen both sonic 1 and 2 on that website. i suggest buying them because they had to rip out shit on the games to make em fit on a CD-R. you can pick them up for cheap so look around.

most released games should still boot even though it's PAL or NTSC unless you're using 50hz and if you are UPDATE YOUR TV

really, it should still boot? in the zip it has a file which is some sort of 60 HZ PAL fix that you can patch the other files with, but I have no idea how to patch them.

First of all, almost ALL dreamcast games can go online with dialup.

Second of all, Bomberman Online isn't online anymore but it has offline modes which are fun.
