2) I come here less and less because of the way the board seems to be moving toward a cloned version of the Ill Community, not that there's anything neccessarily wrong with that, but it just dosen't appeal to me.

People bitching and crying about the changes piss me off.

• This board was NEVER EVER EVER EVER just about Tupac.
• Forums on this board were not always named after Tupac songs. You didnt cry about Introduce Yourself, Fashion, WorldWide, Tech Talk, Entertainment Tonight, etc etc. Even "Thugz Mansion" used to be called "General Discussion," no one minded back then.
• If you want a Tupac only forum, (which 2pacboard has NEVER been) go to http://www.2pacboard.com/forum/2pacboard.html

Honestly, what I see happening, is the focus on Pac shifting away from the users, and you guys not being able to accept it and blaming it on stupid shit like forum name changes. Who the fuck cares what a forum is called, the focus and topics are still the same! You just cant admit to yourselves that YOUR focus in life is shifting away from Pac, that the new generation of fans arent as dedicated or smart in Pac knowledge as the old ones were, and YOU arent doing anything to teach them, YOU arent posting any good Tupac threads, and YOU blame the forum names for it.

If you feel the quality of Tupac discussion on 2pacboad.com has declined, you have no one to blame but yourself -- not the forum names. Even if the site was called 2pac2pac2pac2pac.com or ILove2pac.com, and each forum was named after a Tupac song, the threads would be exactly the same as they are now.

Fair point. However I never implied that the forum was only about 2Pac, clearly not. I simply stated that the spirit of the board was dedicated to Pac and it was in this light that we discussed the various topics. It's your board and granted you can do with it whatever you please but most people come here because it's the most high profile and best Pac board around, another dross Hip-Hop forum is not, in my opinion, what the majority want.

I could be totally wrong about this but somehow I don't think I am. Anyway let's get back to the topic.

Zero Cool made a great point. I don't think about Tupac 24/7, or even one hour of the week, but its nice to have a place that is Tupac-dedicated. I understand that Street Hop is becoming more commercial and it is adopting more general themes, but I don't see what's so wrong with "Thugz Mansion."

My whole point is allowing Tupac themes to be still around. As SicC pointed out, it is no longer TupacBoard, but there are people that appreciate keeping "something from the past." Yes, I am opposed to radical change, but that's in everything including life. You know, you still like to see the familiar things you always saw. That's all this is about.

There are people that will always say "get over it." These are the same people that won't put up any sort of effort to keep what they'd like, and then we are called "over-dramatic." Give us a -------- break. We're not old ladies sitting at home complaining about a show that's no longer on TV. So what we like to see things somewhat the same way as they have been?

I find it funny that anyone could attribute crimes or criminal thought to the name "Thugz Mansion." If you listen to the song, it has nothing to do with that or net-thugs. Its only a place to chill.

I am not here to bring about a revolution or anything like that. I could try to put my thoughts in the most sincere and kind words, but you'll see have people telling you to keep quiet.
