Theres a difference between being funny, and being fucking annoying or freeposting. Thugz Mansion is the place to joke, but more and more often we get bullshit in Life, Street Hop and even Words of Wisdom.

This used to be a place where people would come and unite and talk and have fun together. Now its a place where people come and crack bullshit jokes, but there is no unity.

So here is your fair warning, you can all stay. This is the new board and it is a new slate. I cant be much fairer than that. Wise up. I start banning people next week.

By starting a kind of war between OG VIPs and Newbies,you don't make the unity between all 2pacboard members easier and you won't put an end to the problem...You said you are wise so why do you hate morons and idiot kids?You are above that,aren't you?Or maybe you're getting too old but not wiser...Being a VIP or an OG doesn't mean you're smarter or wiser than everybody,it doesn't mean you have accomplished a lot of things for the 2pac Board community like sharing extra rare OGs with other members for example...It only cost 12 dollards...Banning people is a waste of time as they probably would came back with an other name...You're an OG so you're supposed to show us the good way,to show us how to be unified,am I wrong?so let's do it...

I don't remember Rukas saying he prefered VIP's. Anyone can buy a VIP membership so it's not exclusive. And it doesn't mean you are a good member. It just means you paid $20 or whatever.
What does sharing OG's have to do with people acting maturly and repsonsibly?
Also people may come back with new user names but they usually behave. Once you've been banned you lose that name, your rep, and your post count. So baning severly pisses a lot of people off.
And if you're still trouble an I.P ban usually stops most members.
