first of all, what the fuck? even for a teaser, this sucks. what, a couple of mutants drag a couple of people in the desert, and oh, amazing plot twist: the camera is actually the eyes of one of the people being dragged!!!!!!

seriously, i watched the first one. it was okay, but as a horror flick, i wouldn't even credit it. as a thriller, it doesn't even live up to sub-par. basically, the whole scene where the mutants take over the camping wagon and all the stuff that happens there was more hysterically funny to me than scary. the way the mutants socialized reminded me more of a cross between a wild animal and a person with downs syndrome than anything else, which made them a little too goofy and not enough scary.

nevertheless, i never don't watch sequels because i didn't like the first movie, and i need the closure, so.

Low budget, directors obviously intoxicated during production, actors were 5th grade...... ya know what not to do! LOL

the first one was pretty good (better than the OG in my opinion), but i don't know if i'll see the 2nd one. i loved the '03 Chainsaw Massacre, but then I saw The Beginning, which sucked ass, so i'm not expecting much of this.
