The sandwich in Flip's vid is called the Angry Frenchman. It looks disgusting, worst than KFC's double down.

And for anyone who doubts that poutine tastes good, you don't know what you're talking about. And please don't try imitations, only in Quebec province they serve good poutine. I tried some in Ontario and they were disgusting.

What is it with you vegans that you wanna imitate meat dishes? Imitation meat is so terribly gay and saying that is an insult to all homosexual people on Earth (sorry folks).

as much as i dislike the knock offs and attempts to reinvent those dishes, they are alternatives and are a way for people to eat those meals without the meat content intake. those people can decide if they like them or not. still, the alternative is there.

personally i think most are foul, like the vegetarian bacon that contains egg. disgusting lasting taste. if i were to become 100% vegetarian/vegan i would certainly be more happy giving up the meat and then having other foods, not the vegetarian meats like bacon, lamb, beef, chicken etc. completely different meals or have no association with being a meat dish - you get the gist...

however, vegetarian sausages are nice.

i can live without meat because there are so many delicious veggie meals. talk about diversity, being of indian ethnicity kinda helps, but not when you're in a family where your brother and dad wants meat every single day. so i find my balance, as does my mum.

As for "imitation" meats, I know you're not so stupid not to realize that those things are aimed at new vegetarians/vegans to make it a simpler transition.

Plus, it means that we can utilize all recipes in the world rather than just ones that are already vegetarian or vegan simply by replacing the meat in question.

There's a spot here that is 24/7. Usually busiest at 3am (when the clubs/bars close) and they practically serve nothing, but poutine, well it was like that the last time I went 2yrs ago.

I haven't been there in a while cause of the wait time, but I had the T-Rex. It's not very nice when it comes out So, that's probably the worst thing I've eaten. Hardly eat that kind of food anymore, junk food just doesn't settle well for me, but it's worth eating from there at least once.

omg i had one of the best poutine of my life here! but ya the line up is horrible.i stick to the original poutine.
