I read the reviews & saw the screenshots. Looks pretty awesome. It's just like GTA, the way u move and kill people. Except it has a fighting sequence, its not only fight & kick. Plus when u shoot someone, u can move the scroller around and choose places on the body to shoot at. Has an excellent storyline. It's not like GTA where u must follow an exact storyline & complete missions only. You control ur own fate, u can either negotiate with people or do it the mob way & whack em. You earn respect, u kill, and get up in the rankings to be the ultimate Don yourself. If u love the mafia movies, and u liked GTA.. you'll love this game. I believe release date is 11/10/05..

I doubt it, GTA has dominated the genre that they more or less invented, this will have to do something different to beat it, the whole "choose your fate" thing sounds interesting, however it seems they are leaning towards that free roam aspect, but the shooting system looks like "Red Dead Revolver"'s. i dont know, hopefully it will at least be better than "Mafia"

I said the gameplay will be similiar. Different story, different graphics. I read in a gaming magazine they said if any game would give GTA a run for their money, it would be Godfather.

I saw the whole first level playing, it doesnt look like it will match GTA, but it does look good. EA have tried making games like this before and they never do a good enough job.

the fact that san andreas is going AO could help this game a little, but other than that i doubt that anything can give GTA a run for their money
