what i want to know is

all the pics i posted were from a random pictures thread on another forum. among them i found this. it's not a funny picture, but is it real? do sharks' jaws detach from the skull like that when they clamp together? it looks like an Aliens' mouth

Yeah that one is real. It's a specific type of shark though. Goblin shark. Others don't do this.
