will air this friday the 15th. for those who will see it. set your tivo's and vcr's.

from what i understand Bob will announce the future host on friday.

Rumored names have been mentioned. Ryan Seacrest, Regis Philbin, Rosie O' Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg.

i would like to see Seacrest host hes still young. they could have him hosting for quite a while. But Knowing CBS they'll probably have a no name guy to be the new host, but he'll have the charisma and voice people will like, that will keep viewers tuned in to the daytime game show.

Gonna miss ya Bob :(

ryan seacrest would do a good job..so would regis....ill probably end up missing the show tho lol oh well..

just got done watching it. i taped it. it was a good show i expected a little more for the end.

Bob held himself together he didnt cry or anything. he had his final message he told everyone "thank you for letting me come into your home for the past 50 years". his final have your pet spayed or neutered.

the person who won it hit the fucking jackpot. she won a $45,000 corvette at the beginning. shes on the showcase. the 1st one had a Lincoln navigator, she passes that to the runner up. the 2nd showcase she wins a 2007 cadillac, which was valued for $70,000. she won the whole thing her final total $140,000 dollars. what a way to the end the final show

Bob Barker is a gentlemen. I wish him all the best... when I was sick at home, he kept me company and made me feel better.. :(

Is it true that if they can't find a replacement, he'd come back?

hmmm that would be interesting if he did. Now if your like me and you read the final 4 people they have for runner up. if not this is who has been mentioned.

1. John O' Hurley... (J Peterman from Seinfeld)
2. Mark Steinnes (Current Host of Entertainment Tonight)
3. George Hamilton
4. Mario Lopez (for you youngins the star from Saved by the Bell).

Lopez-- i could see CBS grabbing him he's a young person late 30's. could go for 20 to 30 like Bob.

Hurley-- would be my second pick. not quite sure if he has the Charisma like Bob. how would the women and the old folks like him.

me and a buddy from work were talking about this but why not go after Alan Thicke? (the guy from Growing Pains)

U cant replace Bob...Regis would be the best BUT he's too old sadly. They need to find someone in their 50's (like Bob was when he took over in the 70's) to replace him and that narrows the list down quite a bit....someone too young would seem corny to me, like they trying to make the show "hip"....even though its already "hip"

it doesn't matter who they pick to replace him (i heard on the news earlier that Bob is backing, of all people, that fat pig Rosie O'Donnell to replace him lol) the show won't last without him. in my job i go to a lot of senior care homes, and you wouldn't believe how popular this show is with the old folks... but it was Bob that kept them watching. i predict that the show will be cancelled in 2 years, maybe less.
