So, there might be a Google hardware event later this month with the Chromecast with Google TV rumoured to be launching on 30th September. I think that is when they will officially announce the Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, new Nest speaker, new Nest thermostat and anything else. I hope they have an enhanced range of Nest devices.

What happened to that standalone AI camera they unveiled a few years ago? Google Clips.

I have nest cams and the nest doorbell. Not the best tech or value for money. But their storage options are at least reasonable now. I only have them for the integration with Google home

For house alarm I use the Yale smart products. Good value for money and effortless to setup
