I don't think anyone was 'hating' on the Bulls. They sucked, bottom line, and you know it. The Bulls are a decent team this year and they will make it to the playoffs, but highly doubtful to go past the first round. They don't have the experience the other teams in the East have. I've been paying close attention to the Eastern Conference lately and most likely the Bulls and the Wizards will be playing each other. They have been in the 4th and 5th seed for the past 3/4 weeks. We are tied for 4th as of 2 games ago, although technically you have the 4th seed because of conference record. You guys got punished last night by Miami so we had a chance to take that spot back, but we took a close loss to Boston. So it remains tied. Unfortunately, we have a harder schedule than you coming up, but as I scroll through NBA TV it looks like you guys are surprisingly losing to Orlando in the 3rd Quarter. We're getting beat right now by the Pistons at half-time. So it's possible we'll be tied again yet another night. On paper, Washington is the better team. The season series is tied at 1-1. Over the past 3 seasons we own the series 10-4.
An ironic side-note: The last time the Wizards made the playoffs was in the 97 season and played the Bulls in the first round. We almost made it in 98, but lost the final spot to the Nets. We would have played the Bulls then as well. The same applies to the 96 season.
