Now that I've got your attention (hopefully), Christmas is rolling around in 3 months. In addition, this is also the time where just about all of my friends' birthdays land.

Being a guy, I have a LOT of trouble shopping for my female friends. I've done the jewelry, bathing, perfume shit numerous times, so I've gotta change it up a bit.

So I ask you to list the great gifts you have given in the past (especially to females) and then to recommend me some shit. The girl I'm shopping for at the moment's birthday is in 2 weeks. I'm hoping to stay under $50, but want it to be special since she is one of my good friends. I'm thinking about a day spa certificate, but I need to look more into that, I don't want her having to spend additional money on it

Spa certificate sounds cool. If it were me, I'd definately be happy with that. It is kinda hard thinking beyond the same old gift ideas, for the most part though I think people are grateful to receive anything. The other day I had to give a gift to a special person but I didnt have heaps of money, so I did a painting.
