That intro is one big cut and paste job, Tupac never said "The only way for me to come back is MAKAVELI." He said the first part in some other interview, it's probably on this site.

Pac didn't just slow down his voice. On "Don't U Trust Me" OG, the girl he is arguing with on the phone is just his voice sped up.
