Since I am slightly intoxicated I will let you in on a little secret. When we thought of crossing international water, the one we were interested in was Chronic. We never spoke to him on the issue, it just fell through. This does not mean in the future we will not talk to people overseas. I understand there are people who want in and that we can benefit from this.
