as in Killuminati I believe Pac was going with those who say the Illuminati are the ones who have power to handle America to their own interest and pleasure. the ones who currupted the american society and oppressed black people for years. all the KKK facts and history kept untold to keep manipulating the white society and use it as a power to slave the black society in modern times.
since the Makaveli album is mostly based on black people's social issues I believe 2pac took this word to explain the album's matter (kill the Illuminati).
