I liked it a lot. The background story was interesting enough and like you said the fight sequences were good. Not original in any sense but it served its purpose. Liam Neeson was pretty bad ass.

Yeah, in regards to the background story, I liked the fact that it's fiction, but based on evidence. I'm failing to come up with the proper phrase here but basically, Albanians (whether from Albania or Kosovo) are known for human trafficking and have one of the strongest criminal organizations in Europe. Although I don't doubt that the subject matter has been touched upon in other films and TV shows.

What kinda ruined the film for me is his daughter, Shannon from Lost, (who I hated for the annoying bitch that she was), and how I couldn't empathize with her pain because I kept thinking about her appearance on Lost. lol

i thought it was a good thriller, i think Liam brought allot to the table with realism and great acting, he made u believe that his character was capable of those moves, i liked the way he would plan and track down his enemys.

but the realtionship with the singer, was just typical hollywood bullshit to me..

was this movie another Luc Besson creation, i cant remember.
