I thought it was a good season opener. I wasn't all that surprised that Ozzy's tribe lost the first challenge, they seem weaker, but I think they have more positive energy than the blue tribe. Semhar. I think they should've kept her. Cochrane I thought was somewhat funny at the very beginning put as the episode progressed he became more and more pathetic and turned out to be a complete wimp.

Coach and Ozzy: I don't like that they brought them back. I want to see a totally new cast. I don't really even understand why these two. They were never on the same season, they have no bad blood, nothing in common. I could understand an Ozzy vs Parvati and maybe a Jerry vs Coach. But Coach vs Ozzy? Why? I mean, Ozzy is up there as one of my all time favourites; Coach, i like to watch but bringing these two seems like such a desperate grasp for viewers.

If I had mod powers I'd merge the threads, but that was taken from me and Woods has become awol. I liked the opener as well. I wasn't impressed at all with the return of Coach and Ozzy. Firstly, like you I wanted to see a whole new cast, secondly, I just don't particularly case about those 2 guys. I find that the tribe members of both teams are interesting enough that you wouldn't need to bring back previous guests, but whatever.

In terms of Semhar and Cochrane... I don't know who I'd choose. Semhar was finished, would I keep something that can't hold themselves up after only challenge? Then we have Cochrane, funny guy, but as you said wimpy. I'm hoping he does a 180, goes all out and proves himself though.

I'm still getting familiar with all the names, but there are two guys I'm liking. I forget the name, but the guy who works on the ranch will be a good physical threat. Reminds me of Ralph, but smarter. And the other guy I like is the one who has Marijuana dispensers, lol. He's like Russell, but nicer.

Oh, what do you think of Russell's nephew being on there? Does he really expect to have his tattoos covered at all times? Cmon now. lol

I like the two you mentioned as well. And I like the lingerie football player of all people =P

As for Russell's nephew. I'm undecided. He seems nothing like Russell, and I think his tatoos are gay as aids. A tattoo saying "Lil Hantz"? Fuck man. No idea how he plans on keeping them hidden all the time. That shirt will own him in any water based challenge. And to be totally honest, I don't see the big deal in him being Russell's nephew. He's like 20 or 19. Unless he is some wonder boy he will get manipulated and played like clockwork by the older people. I disliked him going on and on about his religion but I think thats mostly because when he said god is #1 in my life it reminded me of my girlfriend (who I watched every episode with) which reminded me of why we broke up lol.
