^I agree, there's no one stand out personalities on this one (in a good way). But still, I'm enjoying it very much. Naonka is something else, I'd be hard pressed not to beat the shit out of her if I had to spend 39 days with her. I wonder if she's going to have a job when she gets back.

Marty dug his own grave, it may have just been the editing but he came off as one paranoid mother fucker. Fuck Jane, she annoys me. Am I the only one who thinks she's a loon? I got my girlfriend to watch it with me last night and she thought the same.

I like Brenda and think she deserves it but I don't think she has the cut throat mentality to get there. I think Sash is going to turn on her when it gets down 6 or 7 and whoever he goes with is going to win. Hopefully thats fabio or benry.

I pretty much agree with you on all points. With Jane though, what's up with her extreme hate for Marty? I'm trying to think back, and he never really did anything to her. He didn't 'bond' with her, so what... She was saying some real nasty shit; disgrace as a father and son? That's pretty harsh for a man you've just known for less than a month. She's a damn North Virginian nutcase.

I didn't think he came off being paranoid as a whole. He had a few episodes where he just confronted things he heard and it came off as being paranoid, but for the most part I think his problem was speaking out so often. Most of the time his plans were pretty good, just didn't have the backing.

I don't think we've ever been given an explanation for Marty/Jane feud other than that Marty didn't include her in his alliance at the beginning. I can see not liking him because of that, but the blind hatred, come on. You are right though Flip, he opened his mouth a few too many times. He should've sat back and let someone else take control instead of continually trying to assert himself.

I can't believe that, Chronic. If I thought Naonka was representing african americans I would be beyond embarassed by her. Hell if I was in any way connected to her I would be beyond embarassed by her. I teach 10 and 11 year olds who are more mature than her, its pathetic. Do you watch the show at all Chronic?

I thought this was interesting; it's a released interview with Tyrone 2 months ago.

Quick thoughts:

1.) Naonka has more brains than I gave her credit for. I may hate her, but turning on Brenda and Sash was an excellent move on her part. If not the best move in the game so far.

2.) Brenda didn't put up ANY fight to avoid going home, pathetic.

3.) The smug look on Sash's face when didn't give her the idol. Perfect. This is why you don't help other players find an immunity idol. Because they turn around and vote you out.

4.) Fabio is the shit.

One more though - Purple Kelly. After watching her at last nights tribal I now understand why she's had zero air time. She's like Fabio during the very first episodes. Except not funny, just an airhead.

Nothing too special from last night's episode, another fall season recap. Only things that made me go, 'hmm' is how Jane prepared herself beforehand: staying in sauna's which mirrored the temperatures in Nicaragua, eating lesser and lesser so her body is used to near starvation rations, etc.

It shows dedication, no doubt. Also, lmao @ Dan being called Joe Pesci as he was trying to build up a shelter.

I've watched the first half of the recap episode twice now, still need to see the 2nd half. So far I have seen nothing of note. The Fabio part is great though.

Last episode left me speachless, even though it shouldn't have. Two people quit?!? To get that far and throw in the towel is pathetic. Especially for Naonka, if you can handle south central survivor should be a vacation. Kelly Purple on the other hand you could tell was daddys little princess. I think Benry put it perfectly, she's a waste of space.

What amazed me was Holly giving up her reward for the tribe, and Naonka looking dumbfounded at her. On one hand you have a women who is 55(?) years old giving up food for a tribe made up of individuals and on the other hand you have a 27 year old women who likens Holly to her mom and has decided to quit and yet she still refuses to take one for the team. Her end comments made me laugh and I loved how everyone shit on them in tribal. FFS Alina was crying! How could you quit when you know someone wants to be there so bad they're crying when you decide to quit.

I agree whole heartedly. One more thing I forgot to add, WHY oh WHY did she give the idol to Chase. He is the biggest pussy of the season, that fucker should've been gone in the first few tribals and now he has an immunity idol. Fuck.
