How can you get a good answer if you can't ask a good question?

Are you asking:

a) how does one prevent being infected by the HIV virus?

Or are you asking:

b) if one is infected with the HIV virus, how does one best prevent it from turning into the symptoms of AIDS?

Or are you asking:

c) what's the best way to reduce the incidence of AIDS cases around the world?

IDK what you are talking about. I will try to answer anyway...

My personal opinion (and I know a lot of ppl do not agree with this and you guys probably won't either).. but i'd like to see some sort of registry.. like the sex offender registry but for people who have AIDS/HIV.

I like the idea of there being a way for me to know who has a deadly non-curable disease. I know my idea would never work and there's a lot more trouble that could come along with that.. but still. Perhaps if people could look-up potential partners on this database.. there would be less transferring of it in the Western World.

Maybe a forehead tattoo? LOL

Of course, how could I not know that. You can be a complete virgin and still have HIV (be born with it). It doesn't matter if the person has the disease by being promiscuous or not... they still have it and therefor can be a risk to others. If it happened to me and this was my idea... I'd have to suffer the consequences. Not to say it wouldn't suck.. but I would be a risk.

Chicken soup and dumplings. That's always what I take when I find myself having unnatural fond feelings for a deadly disease, or for a cute animal, like a bunny or a baby panda. So adorable...
