I got this from superherohype.com , its a first look at the new superman, played by some unknown guy. the suit looks like rubber.

The suit looks kind of shity to me unless the setting is in the 50's wich I have a feeling it is?

I have read two scripts in the past couple years for the new superman movie and they both where kind of shity but had some cool new Origin twists.

This Plot however seems orginal and speaks to me, seems like it could be a great movie!

I still have my money on Batman Begins as being the best DC Comic movie.

I was never a big fan of Superman, as well as anything having to do with him. I however was looking forward to the "Superman Lives" movie back in 97, that was suppost to be directed by Tim Burton, with a script by Kevin Smith, where he was suppost to fight Doomsday, and sounded tight as fuck. But that went to Hell when the producer wanted Superman with a new suit and to fight a giant spider, so I could see that wasn't gonna be good. "Batman Begins" is possibly gonna be the greatest comic book movie adaption, (Sin City is the best so far) and the pics I've seen of Superman Returns looks like it's gonna be some action/comedy/cheesy movie. I mean he's fucking fought Lex Luthor 4 times in 5 movies, get a new fucking villain already, and they should get ssomeone from the actual comics like Brainiac, and not Richard Prior.

if this new one does well which i imagine it will, they still might make that movie.
