The Pamela Anderson sextapes weren't officially released - those were unauthorized bootlegs sold in stores. But if there was a real company acutally distributing the sextapes, making money off of her, then she could sue them unless she wouldn't care. Samething with the Paris Hilton tapes. Bootlegs are always sold in stores, whether on the shelf or behind the coutner.

Suge talked about acutally officially releasing some J-Lo sextapes (kinda like the Celebrity Beatdown thing he was gonna release); if he did, J-Lo wouldve won that case. But he lied, end of story.

"My client does not possess a so-called 'sex tape' involving Ms. Lopez and an ex-boyfriend, as was recently reported in the tabloid Star Magazine," Knight lawyer Jeffrey Lowy said in a letter to the Latina beauty.

I heard rumors about this but have never seen, read or heard it from anything or anyone that is honorable and trustworthy.

When I see it from a source I respect and trust or see it at the porno shop next time, I'll believe it.
