Damn G.Litt talk about expressing an opinion!
See Suge, he had mad love for Pac when he was alive. No matter what anyone says, i will continue to believe this from everything I witnessed. Ok you can argue he only loved Pac cuz he was the biggest selling artist at that time, but i also think it was cuz he had a young black brother who was prepared to take on the whole industry, the same goal Suge had. So on that association alone is enough to show how well there chemistry was. AND if it werent for Suge and his deathrow label, then Pac would never have been given the chance to speak out the way he did on his release. He knew he had a killa crew behind him now and New York were gonna know about it. So before you write suge off completely, dont forget this!!
Now, Amaru, since Pacs death have controlled his music the way it should of been handled. Its impossible for anyone to make money off Pac without the estate hearing about it - and for fans thats great
Suge wanted to carry on his war on the other labels, and the only person who could do this was Pac, even in his death. BUT as a fan, i didnt want Pac to war anymore, i just wanted to hear what else he had to say at the time he was full of rage, anger, heartache and pain. And the best thing is Pac had the last laugh cuz aint noone gonna cuss him - they were scared to cuss him when he was alive, and too conscious to diss him in his death.
Suge fucked up purely cuz he lost the respect from artists. He had the biggest rap stars on his label, he treated them like shit and they all jumped ship! The lesson for Suge here was "Do not bite the hand that feeds you"
Its a shame to see whats happened to him, but im glad Amaru control shit rather than him. Suge would of used Pacs image to continue his domination of the industry - Amaru's main focus is Pac should be heard and everyone reminded why we all loved him soo much
I aint supporting Suge, im just saying he caused his own destruction - but the history books can never be changed as to his contribution. If Suge never took Pac onto his label, Pac would of never spoken out the way he did. Deathrow gave him a cover for as long as possible. If he came out in 96 on his own label and dissed everyone then he would of died alot sooner. His death was always going to be violent and early, the only thing he wanted was some extra time to spit his verses and be immortalised
Peace.!
