Technology stupid audio problems :l

suddendly my audio playback reproduces audio very very sloooowly
now Im like WTF?! yesterday everything was working fine!
here's an example of what the hell happened to my cd/dvd player's playback
can somebody suggest me a solution or how to fix this problem?
