No offense, b/c i understand why its there, but i remember a lot of years ago, I joined the board and was turned off when i found out you had to be a VIP member to have an avatar. Would that be another reason or do you find that not important?

i think a 90 day trial for new members only to have an avatar would be a good idea... after that if you wanna keep it, you gotta pay up.

The reason why Avatars are only available to VIP members is because it would make the site image heavy, all avatar images are hosted on the server so it would cause lag. The same for sig images (when it was worth while to have a sig image).

And Ceaser where do you see inner circle elitism ? I barely see anyone new post or when they do I don't see anyone put them down.

Nah. Most boards let you have an avatar for free. VIP should be much more than an avatar, a private forum with no activity and more pm space.

I en joy Streethop and I wanted it to see get big again and have lots of people on the forums. I tried what i could to help out where i could. Became part of staff and was actively helping out for a while. I think I paid my dues! lol.
