Yeah I am not sure ... I live in buffalo, NY ... I been ordering tons of pac cd's off the net and haven't had a problem getting those ... I order 2 of the kadafi cd's and I got the first one 3 days after I placed the order on 11/30 no problem but not sure whats up with the other one
