I'm not trying to perpetuate the stereotypes just trying to educate ppl so they can't use ignorance as an excuse. If you're not gonna help with the solution then you're part of the problem type thing...

sterotypes make life easy. For instance, froggy is black so when I talk to him I know a great way to strike up conversation is talk about family members being locked up or friend chicken. Big E is white so when talking to him I know all I have to do is bring up stocks and bonds or the O.C. and we can talk for hours.

I am a suburban white, and i'll tell you this, they/we make alot of racist comments esp. at a young age. BUT id say 99% dont mean it, they say it out of pure humor. Which definatly doesnt make it right to say BUT its not like they/we really hate blacks, spanish, etc.

I say they/we becasue im not racist but ive made steriotypical jokes out of pure humor. But im sure all of you have too.

the story of my people is very interesting. It all started with my great great great uncle/grandfather/cousin Cletis in the back country of Tennessee Oh yeah, he shore knowed how to make moonshine. Hell, if it weren't for ‘shine, our family would have starved to death in them days! They was just too many young'ns to feed on a miner's wages. You know, the company paid in scrip' back then. H'it weren't no money. There wuzn't even nobody h'year on the river that could buy his whiskey, ‘cept at Christmas time. He'd have to take h'it over the mountain to sell it

- All Muslims are terrorists.
- All Canadians live in igloos.

- All Germans are Nazis.
- Rap is crap.
- "White America" (The native Americans were there first)
- Women are only considered sexy if they wear skimpy clothing.
- Fat peopole are all ugly.
- If two guys hug, they are automatically gay and disgusting. (Though females are the complete opposite)
- Americans are dumb.
- All Mexicans park their cars on their lawns.
- All Black people are gun-toting thugs.
- All Black people in America are descendents of slaves.
- Asian women don't know how to drive

Maybe it's just me, but I don't find that kind of shit funny at all. I won't say it in a serious matter and I won't joke about it either. Just how I am. I don't think the fact that you're joking makes it ok.
