A girl being religious doesn't mean she has to go to Church every sunday or at all in this case.
Most people I know hold their religion to themselves. The only sign of being religious in case of my exes was a "yes" answer to the question " are you religious?".

Well, that'd definitely be too much for any man who is not heavily religious.

In my opinion a normal religious person is someone who believes in a higher being and/or follows some specific moral rules that are basic in a specific religion (like 10 commandments).
Thinking "What would Jesus do?", seeing a huge correlation between real life failures and lack of faith, going to Church every sunday + forcing other people to go and most if not all other points you've mentioned is way too much and it's not healthy. And I've never heard about that naming kids after Biblical figures thing.
It's either obsession or mental illness and I don't know a single person with more than 1 point from these lists.

I'm the same with films. If too many people like a film, I will tend to hate it simply because I hate it when people are sheep even if the film might not be that bad.
