how the fuk do u get rid of this shit...

every now and then websites just open and pop up for no reason.

my homepage is no longer 2pacboard.com....it is some bullshit page that ive never heard of....i tried going to tools > internet options and changing it but it didnt work

how do i get rid this of

oh..and plz dont move this to another forum that is never used.

i recommend using firefox as a browser you could avoid getting this shit

Tech Talk is hardly "never used". Trust me, I have to read the threads that are posted in there.

And if you'd looked in the Tech Talk Knowledge Base you would have seen several free programs to help you remove whatever spyware you're infested with.

Move this to TT, please.

Spybot is much more feature rich than the free version of Ad Aware
It does an excellent job of finding spy ware and removing it.

My best advice is not to use IE, and use Mozilla Firefox because it is not vulnerable to that type of attack.

you need a good firewall and antivirus too if you dont want spyware on your system

yeah a good software firewall will somtimes alert you if a malicious program that you installed which I think is what happend here is attemping to connect to a remote host.
