Spybouncer is installed on my computer and i didnt install it, i just seen it first time, maybe my sista installed it, but is it good use? should i keep it? i already have spy bot search n destroy. do i need this spybouncer anyway?

No, you need to remove it.
Uninstall it and run your other spyware programs (Ad-Aware, Spybot, Microsoft Anti-Spyware) to clean it up. Run HijackThis too.

Based on this thread, I posted a list of UNtrustworthy anti-spyware programs, taken from Spyware Warrior, in the Knowledge Base.
WebRoot Spy Sweeper is a good, trustworthy program. However, it's not (legally) free so it's not listed in the Knowledge Base.

The problem with downloading cracks is that they often come with spyware or viruses bundled in the zip/rar by some unscrupulous middle man. Often you'll get a file just called "crack.exe", run it without thinking and end up with something nasty.
Although cracks are prohibited in this forum, I sometimes wonder whether it'd be better off if I did let people post them just so people don't come in here with a fucked up PC because they got a virus from downloading a crack. Kinda like handing out clean syringes to junkies.

just wanna double check. this is what i do in every 2 weeks almost. (in order).
disk cleanup
disk defragmenter
delete cookies
delete files
run Ad-aware
run Spybot search & destroy
and at the end i run Antivir for only C: to make sure its all clean.
i do all these at the same time.
