this question is for the people who have alot of knowledge about the music industry.
check this scenerio.
say someone is making a movie and they have a small collection of 2pac OG material and they want to use some of those songs cuz it fits in some scenes in the movie. now this person cannot just use the track right cuz not only is it unreleased but they have no rights to it and they will get sued up the ass. so, what can this person do? does he have to purchase the track? will they even sell it to him? does he have to get the rights? will they give it to him?
