So, anyone pissed about this?

I have a PS3 and have purchased stuff through the console so, not only do they have my personal info, they have my billing address and probably my card number too. Fuck. I don't know what I'm worried about more, getting money stolen or fucking up my credit score even more.

Not only. Their factories were flooded by Tsunami (included those that manufactured their new portable console, so its release is pushed back till december), they lost shitloads of cash against LG and now this, which probably is related to Geohot. Anyway that guy works for Sony now.

However it was a very huge bad luck spree for Sony. You know, all of it heavily affects them. Did I mention that they lost a lot already when people who decided to jailbreak their consoles could download games for free from PSN using a dummy credit card or "developer console mod" and Sony paid for them? lol

i jailbroke my ps3, but after second thoughts i decided to unjailbreak it as there were reports that a lot of them became bricked with updates. its at your own risk.

I don't own a thing by Sony any more. That sounds whack though, I'd be pissed.

Get that protection on your credit cards.

this news does not affect me directly because i dont game much anymore. also, it's a good job i never purchased anything so there's no way that i had put my card details on there.

i know my cousin will be extremely stressed out at the fact he cant game online lol. all he ever does is play on his ps3.
