unless you know something i dont i wouldnt count on it. 90% of all leaks these days stem from one person not keeping his promise to another person. the people sitting on these kinds of things ought to have taken notice from this, which means less stuff might go around which furthermore means that less stuff will leak. i might be wrong, but if you think about it, it sounds logical now dont it?
