I have been playing mad amounts of basketball and doing extremely well, but the other day when I scored 35 on the other team [they were scrubs] I hurt my contantly injured knee. It has been killing me since, with me barely about to briskly jog up and down the court. My only idea is to take ibuprofen before i play basketball, only to mask the pain. Anyone have a better idea?
I think I am getting addicted to sleeping pills. And 6 hour energy drinks.
I quit working out for a month and I am weak as fuck now. I was working out with 250, with relative ease, now I seriously struggle with getting 205 up one time. It's embarrassing.
