Some help identifying a song with Method Man

I was listening to a song today on Power 105.1 (NY) and there was this song with some girl and it had a nice beat to it. I dunno who the girl was or what the songs called, I don't even remember how it goes but all I remember is Method Man comes on halfwa through it and halfway through his verse the songs beat changes over to the beat of C.R.E.A.M and then goes back to normal. I like the song I wanna cop the instrumental but I dunno the title. Anybody knows the song, it would be deeply appreciated and hit me up wit a request maybe I have a song or an album ya don't
